Vanilla Butterfly prides in its product and quality of its service to you. In the event that you are not completely satisfied for any reason with any item purchased by you from Vanilla Butterfly, please fill in the Returns Form supplied with your delivery and enclose it with the returned goods to:

Goods must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn undamaged and unwashed, with all the labels intact within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that underwear is worn when trying on briefs, thongs or swimwear. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). If you would like to exchange any item you ordered, please follow the instructions above indicating that you would like an exchange on the Returns Form. To avoid disappointment we suggest you email our customer service team on customerservice@vanillabutterfly.com. When you return goods, please obtain proof of postage as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
Vanilla Butterfly will deliver products as soon as possible after receipt of the Order and confirmation of the payment by you. All Vanilla Butterfly products are dispatched by Royal Mail first class post and should arrive within 3-5 working days at no extra cost. Vanilla Butterfly do offer an express delivery service for UK addresses only, with orders received before midday guaranteed to arrive on the next working day. This is charged at £5 per address. Overseas and non-mainland UK postage is charged at cost. Delivery times may vary, please allow 7-14 days. Vanilla Butterfly is not responsible for any local import and customs duties payable for goods delivered overseas. Orders may be delivered to business or residential addresses.
